He opened his Bricktown practice in 1999. David makes his home in Norman, Oklahoma, with his wife, Amy, and their family.

Carri Allenbach has been an integral part of David Little's practice since 1999. After earning her degree in Legal Office Administration, Carri joined David at the beginning of his private practice and has remained closely involved in the firm's cases and clients for more than 27 years. Her role extends far beyond traditional administrative responsibilities. Carri works alongside David to help coordinate case information, communicate with clients, organize medical and litigation records, assist with legal documents, and manage the many details involved in complex personal injury litigation. Clients are not simply handed from one person to another. For many, Carri is one of the first people they come to know and one of the people they continue to speak with throughout their case.
