About David Little
David W. Little
Personal injury attorney in Bricktown, Oklahoma City
David W. Little has spent more than three decades representing individuals and families whose lives have been changed by serious injury, negligence, insurance disputes, and wrongful conduct. He opened his Bricktown practice in 1999 and remains focused on serious personal injury litigation, insurance disputes and bad-faith claims, medical negligence, trucking litigation, product liability, and wrongful death.
David was born in Abilene, Texas, and grew up in an athletic family. He moved to Oklahoma in 1980 and has made Oklahoma his home ever since. While at the University of Oklahoma, he played basketball for two seasons under coach Billy Tubbs before turning to the law. David makes his home in Norman, Oklahoma, with his wife, Amy, and their family.
David earned his law degree from Oklahoma City University in 1991 and began his legal career with Lampkin, McCaffrey & Tawwater. In 1999, David opened his own practice in Bricktown in downtown Oklahoma City. Since then, he has represented clients throughout Oklahoma and has handled matters in numerous other jurisdictions, including Texas, California, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Kansas, and Michigan. His practice has focused primarily on serious personal injury litigation, insurance disputes and bad-faith claims, medical negligence, trucking litigation, product liability, and wrongful death.
David understands that a serious injury is about much more than a lawsuit. For an injured person and their family, there may be medical treatment, lost income, permanent disability, rehabilitation, changes in family responsibilities, and uncertainty about the future. When a loved one dies because of someone else's negligence, the consequences can be even more profound. David believes clients deserve to understand what is happening in their case and why. He personally evaluates the legal and factual issues involved and works with appropriate experts when necessary. The goal is not simply to resolve a claim. It is to pursue a result that fairly addresses the impact the injury or loss has had on the client and the client's family.
